What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship with Packeta, providing reliable and fast delivery across Europe.
Domestic Shipping – Czechia
- We offer Home Delivery and Pick-Up Points.
- Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days.
International Shipping
- We offer Home Delivery only.
- Estimated delivery time: 2-5 business days, depending on the destination.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery directly on the carrier’s website.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are fixed per country and will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address

We currently ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Returns & Exchanges
What is the return policy?
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you, or a third party other than the carrier, received the goods.
- To exercise your right, you must inform us of your decision via email at info@beinclo.com within the 14-day period.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including tags and packaging).
- Items must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.
- Returns must include proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice).
Please note:
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Items returned damaged, used, or missing original tags or packaging will not be accepted.
How do I make a return?
To initiate a return, please email us at info@beinclo.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will then provide you with return instructions and one of the following options:
- Option 1: Use our prepaid return code (Packeta)
If you’re located in a country supported by Packeta / Zásilkovna, we will provide a prepaid return code. You can drop off the package at any Packeta pickup point — no need to print a label or pay at the counter.
- Please note: The return shipping cost (as charged by Packeta) will be deducted from your refund once the return is received and inspected. - Option 2: Use a courier of your choice
If you prefer, or if you're located in a country not supported by Packeta, you may return the item using any trackable shipping method at your own expense. We will provide you with the return address.
When will I receive my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
- We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.
Exchanges
While we do our best to accommodate exchanges, we unfortunately cannot guarantee them yet. Exchanges are subject to shipping costs based on your location and the availability of the product you want.
